I have been watching a sale campaign in my local area lately and something has caught my attention…

The listing Agent appears on a super-sized signboard at the front of the home, this Agent seems to be well known, it’s a lovely photo

BUT

I have never seen the same Agent at the property throughout the campaign since the launch

Open Homes are run weekly by seemingly a younger, perhaps less experienced team of interchanging staff

On the odd occasion another member of the same team may pop in for a quick update with the Seller…
